  • Garlic (lasan), skinned 1/2 cup / 100 gm
  • Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp / 5 gm
  • Red chilli powder 2-3 tsp / 10-15 gm
  • Yoghurt (dahi) 1/4 cup / 50 gm
  • Salt to taste
