Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 8-10
  • Potatoes 4 boiled
  • Onion 1 crushed
  • Spring Onion 2-3 crushed
  • White Lentil 1/2 cup boiled
  • Gram 1/2 cup
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp chopped
  • Coriander 1/2 tsp chopped
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp crushed
  • Red Chili Paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • Shredded Coconut as required
  • Crushed coriander as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut bread slices into cubes.

  2. Now boil white lentils with gram.

  3. Now in a pan heat the oil and golden brown onion and fry it with ginger garlic paste.

  4. Then add white lentil with gram, and cook them together till they turn golden brown.

  5. Now add turmeric, crushed green chilies, red chili powder, chopped coriander and crushed black pepper, mix it together and cook it properly.

  6. After this add boiled potatoes with salt to taste.

  7. Then put bread slices and cook it for 5 to 10minutes.

  8. Then dish out and garnished with chopped coriander and shredded coconut.
