  • Tamarind 125 grams
  • Warm water 1 cup
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Ground white pepper 1 tbsp
  • Dried garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Make a thick juice from tamarind and add 1 cup of warm water in it add ground white pepper, black salt, dried garlic, and red chill in it.

  2. Add some salt and cook this mixture for 4to 5minutes
