Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (boneless) 500 g
  • For sauce:
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Lemon peel 1
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Corriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Peanut butter 2.5 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 6 cloves
  • Salt as to taste
  • Wooden rods of Shashlik 20

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix water, lemon juice, lemon peel and corriander powder.

  2. Now add cumin powder, soy sauce, peanut butter and chili sauce.

  3. Also add garlic paste and salt.

  4. Mix all the ingredients of sauce.

  5. Marinate the chicken in sauce.

  6. Add the remaining sauce in a pan.

  7. And then place the meat ladden sticks too.

  8. Then cook it on low flame.
