Ingredients

  • Chickpeas 250 gm (soaked over night then boiled)
  • Green chilli 2-3 (finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes 1 (discard seeds & finelychopped)
  • Onion 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dakni chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl put ketchup, salt, white pepper, lemon juice mix well.

  2. Then add chickpea in mixture.

  3. Now add coriander leaves, green chillies, onion and tomatoes.

  4. Mix well, yummy chickpea salad is ready to be served.
