  • Undercut 250 gms
  • Ginger Paste 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli deseeded and chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 2 cloves
  • Fresh Chives 1 tbsp chopped
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut the beef into small cubes.

  2. In a bowl mix the ginger, garlic, chives, soy sauce, red chilli, sesame seeds, salt and black pepper.

  3. Add the beef cubes and Marinate for atleast 1 hr or then over night.

  4. Now heat a grill pan, grease it liberally with oil and place the skewers reserving the marinade to brush on in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  5. Rotate the skewers so they dunt burn and keep brushing with marinade until cooked.

  6. Serve with boiled white rice or then as an appetizer.
