Tabouli is mouth-watering whole wheat salad with onion, tomatoes, lettuce, spring onion, black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice, parsley, mint and olive oil. This salad is a great appetier also. If you are on diet then you can eat this salad as complete food too.
