Wash chicken wings.
Add corn flour, white vinegar, soya sauce, salt to taste and chicken cube flour and mix well.
In a wok, add soya sauce, white vinegar, tomato ketchup, jiggery, crushed black pepper and pineapple juice and cook.
Then add corn flour and pineapple cubes.
In a separate wok, heat some oil.
Mix chicken drumsticks with beaten eggs white and deep fry until golden brown.
Add fried drumsticks and sesame oil to the sauce and mix well.
Sweet and Sour Drumsticks is ready to serve.
