Ingredients

  • Egg 1
  • Oil 6 ounces
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 clove (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Put an egg on room temperature for 1 hour.

  2. Open the small lid on the blender cover.

  3. Put the egg in blender & start blending.

  4. While blending pour lemon juice of 1/2 lemon.

  5. Take the lemon seeds out.

  6. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper & 1/2 tsp salt.

  7. Add 1tsp sugar & 1/2 clove garlic.

  8. Pour 6 ounce oil v slowly and constantly.

  9. Check the consistency.

  10. Your mayonnaise is ready.

  1. I think you can keep it freeze for 15 days because no preservative is used in it so its best to use within 15 days.
