  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Cinnamon 2 – 3 sticks
  • Clove 4 – 5
  • Green Cardamom 4 – 5
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Raisin 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Almond for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. First crush the vermicelli and put it on a side.

  2. Now heat clarified butter in pan and add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamoms and sauté it.

  3. Now add vermicelli and cook it well till smell start to come.

  4. Then add 1 to 1-½ cup water in pan and stir it continuously.

  5. Cook it till water dry and clarified butter form a separate layer.

  6. Take a pan and sugar with as required water and make syrup.

  7. Then add few drops of essence in syrup and pour syrup in vermicelli and dish it out.

  8. Garnish it with cream and almond.
