  • Chicken ½ kg (Boneless)
  • Onion 2 (Fried)
  • Green Chilies 10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Coriander 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spices 1 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (Beaten)
  • Oil (For Fry) 1 cup
  • For Garnishing:
  • Salad leaves, Onion, Tomato, Green Chili

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend Chicken, onion, and green chilies in a blender then add black pepper, white pepper, green coriander, salt, white cumin, all spices, cream, yogurt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

  2. Now make round Kabab.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, dip kebab in egg and fry till golden.

  4. Arrange salad leaves on serving plate, set kebab and garnish with onion rings, tomato slice and green chilies.
