  • Potatoes 5 (boiled cut in cubes)
  • Oil 3 large spoons
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Cummin seed 1 tbsp
  • Aniseed 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Vinegar 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. In pan heat oil put aniseed, cummin seed, onion seed fry it.

  2. Add potatoes salt, turmeric, chilli flakes, green chillies and little water.

  3. Put vinegar and mash some potatoes for thickness.

  4. Add a pinch of zarda color and mix.

  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas.
