Beat sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
In another bowl mix together the powders and add this mixture to the egg mixture.
Mix, till no big lumps are visible.
Grease a big salad(glass) dish and pour the mixture into it.
Put in the microwave for 7-8 minutes or until a fork inserted into it comes out clean.
Take out and decorate with melted chocolate and Vermicelli.

Cutipie, you have to use all purpose flour for this recipe. All purpose flour is also called plain flour and "Maida" in Urdu. You can bake the brownies in microwave, electric oven or gas oven.
