Ingredients

  • Strawberries fresh 250 gm (chopped)
  • Cake 1 pound
  • Cream 400 ml
  • Icing sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat the cream along with icing sugar and vanilla essence until peaks form.

  2. Layer the cake at the base of a dessert bowl top with chopped strawberries then the whipped cream, add another layer of cake top again with strawberries.

  3. And then finish off with the whipped cream.

  4. Garnish with mint and serve.
