Beat mutton chops with steak hammer.
In a wok heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste and mutton chops.
Fry fro 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add nutmeg mace powder, salt, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, chili powder, turmeric, yogurt and cumin seeds. Mix well.
Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 20 – 25 minutes till chops are tender.
Now remove chops from pan, coat with ½ cup flour.
Dip in beaten egg. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
Now deep fry till golden brown.
Remove from oil.
Serve with lemon juice and onion
