Ingredients

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Oil for fry
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (ground)
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Egg 2 (beaten)
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice little
  • Onion 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat mutton chops with steak hammer.

  2. In a wok heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste and mutton chops.

  3. Fry fro 2 – 3 minutes.

  4. Now add nutmeg mace powder, salt, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder, chili powder, turmeric, yogurt and cumin seeds. Mix well.

  5. Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 20 – 25 minutes till chops are tender.

  6. Now remove chops from pan, coat with ½ cup flour.

  7. Dip in beaten egg. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

  8. Now deep fry till golden brown.

  9. Remove from oil.

  10. Serve with lemon juice and onion
