Ingredients

  • Butter or ghee 1 tbsp
  • Fine semolina 150 g
  • Almonds ground 50 g
  • Nutmeg ground 1 tsp
  • Crystallized stem ginger, chopped 25 g
  • Carnation Condensed Milk Half a 397 g
  • To finish, strands of saffron

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the butter or ghee in a pan and gently toast the semolina for a few minutes, take off the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.

  2. Roll the mixture into 20 small balls and finish with strands of saffron.
