- Looking some easy to make but different sandwich? This French style chicken sandwich is according to your desire and favorite of kids. The key ingredients are chicken and mayonnaise. Dipping in egg and rolling in bread crumbs makes it taste delicate. Serve hot with imili sauce or chili garlic sauce.

  • چکن ایک پاؤ
  • ڈبل روٹی چار سلائس
  • مایونیز دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • انڈے دو عدد
  • نمک آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • کالی مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • بریڈ کرمز حسب ضرورت
  • تیل فرائی کیلئے

  1. چکن کو اْبال کے ریشے کر لیں۔اس میں مایونیز، نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر مکس کریں۔

  2. ڈبل روٹی کے کنارے کاٹ دیں۔ دو سلائس کے اوپر فلنگ لگا دیں،بافی دو سلائس پر کچا انڈا لگا کے ان کو چکن فلنگ والے سلائس کے اوپر رکھ کے پریس کریں کہ جْڑ جائیں۔

  3. سینڈوچ پہلے انڈے میں ڈٍپ کریں پھر بریڈ کرمز لگائیں اور توے یا فرائنگ پین میں کم تیل کے ساتھ فرائی کر لیں۔

  4. گولڈن براؤن ہو جائے تو سرونگ پلیٹ میں رکھ دیں۔درمیان سے سینڈوچ اسٹائل میں کاٹ کے چلی گارلک ساس کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
