Clean and wash the prawns.
Boil them in water to which the vinegar, a pinch of coriander cumin powder and salt have been added.
Slice the onion. Heat the oil and brown the onions in it.
Remove the onions and fry the ground spices in the same oil add a tsp of coriander, cumin powder, the turmeric, jaggery, lemon juice and mango.
Stir for about 2 minutes, then add the browned onions and keep stirring.
Add the prawns and fish stock.
Cook, stirring from time to time, till the mixture is quite dry.
Add salt if necessary.
