Such a unique and wonderful sweet recipe, apples are cut into fries, dipped into bread crumbs, nuts and then fried and served with chcolate sauce. A wonderful chocolate fondent idea!

Ingredients

  • Apple 4
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs
  • Peanuts
  • Egg
  • Castor sugar 4 tbsp (heaped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Take apples peel and cut in slices.

  2. Roast peanuts in some oil and grind.

  3. Beat egg add cinnamon powder, black pepper, lemon juice and sugar.

  4. Dip apple slices in egg and roll into crumbs.

  5. Now again dip into egg then coat with peanuts.

  6. Shallow fry all pieces.

  7. Serve with chocolate sauce.
