Marinate boneless fish slice with salt, white pepper, garlic paste, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, oil, egg and cold water as required and prepare batter.
Then dip fish pieces in batter and deep fry until light golden and crispy.
For making lemon sauce, add 1 cup water, sugar, yellow food color, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch white pepper in ¼ cup lemon juice. Cook until sauce boiled.
Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 2 tbsp water and cook until mixture thickens.
Finally spread it over fish and garnish with lemon slices.
Serve warm.
