Steak With Morel Sauce

Marinate the beef in salt and pepper.

Now heat a grill pan and cook steaks on either side for 8-10 minutes for a medium cooked steak.

In a pan, heat the olive oil add the garlic then add the onions and saute till transparent.

Lets add the butter, and then add the morels.

Now cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then add the beef broth and cook for afew minutes.

Add the cream and continue cooking until slightly thickened , pour over the steak and serve.
