Take flour in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, black pepper powder and cayenne pepper powder together.
Take the egg and water in another bowl and beat well.
Take a chicken piece and coat it first in the flour, then the eggs and then the breadcrumbs, and set aside.
