Ingredients

  • Flour ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Cayenne pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Chicken 1 kg (boneless and cut in pieces)
  • Oil for frying 4 cups
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Sour cream ¼ cup
  • Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take flour in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, black pepper powder and cayenne pepper powder together.

  3. Take the egg and water in another bowl and beat well.

  4. Take a chicken piece and coat it first in the flour, then the eggs and then the breadcrumbs, and set aside.

  5. Repeat the same order of coating with all the chicken pieces.

  6. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Take them out on paper towels for the oil to soak out.

  8. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix well.

  9. Serve the chicken pieces hot with the prepared dip.
