Grease a rectangular baking dish.
Wash and dry fish thoroughly.
Blot out water by wrapping fish in a clean towel.
This is important so that excess water does not accumulate during baking.
Layer the dish as follows: fillets of fish, white sauce, ground green chutney, tomato ketchup, some more white sauce and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Bake at gas mark 3/160º C for 10-15 minutes only.
Overbaking will spoil the fish.
Serve with fried grapes or fried raisin.
