Heat oil in a pan.
Put onions, coriander seeds, pepper, dry red chillis & fry till onions turn golden brown.
Simmer and add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, meat and curd.
Add a little water and cook till meat becomes tender.
Then add the tomatoes and cook till the oil floats on the top.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
