  • Lamb meat(cut into 2" pieces) 250 gms
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion(finely sliced) 2 medium size
  • Whole pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dry chillies(whole) 4-5
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Tomato(cut into pieces) 2 medium
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Put onions, coriander seeds, pepper, dry red chillis & fry till onions turn golden brown.

  3. Simmer and add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, meat and curd.

  4. Add a little water and cook till meat becomes tender.

  5. Then add the tomatoes and cook till the oil floats on the top.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
