Ingredients

  • Peach juice 3 12-oz cans
  • Brewed tea 2 quarts
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

  1. Blend sugar with tea and lemon juice.

  2. Then add in peach juice and blend again.

  3. Serve chilled with ice.

  1. i tried this recipe, once with regular strong black tea and the second time i kept the tea light, it yielded best results when tea was lighter. refreshingly cool in the middle of a hot day specially when u r at work and need a thiamine intake but dont want to take regular tea because of sweltering weather. so thumbs up for peach ice tea. clink your glasses and cheers.

  2. Palwasha Syed, we suggest that you use regular black tea for best results. If you want very light tea flavor and more peachy flavor, then you can use regular green tea.

  3. so our regular green tea which we call kewa can be used in this recipe? will this recipe yield best results with ordinary peshawri kewa or will you suggest that i use peach flavored tea for it which is available at good stores.

  4. Palwasha Syed, boiling or steeping tea leaves in water or any other liquid to extract flavor, nutrition and aroma is called brewing tea. Brewed tea is called "Kewa/Qewa" in Urdu.
