Ingredients

  • Potato 3 to 4 boiled
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 4 hard boiled
  • Mayonaise 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Carrot 1 thin sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl mash eggs and potaotes with a fork.

  2. Now add milk,black pepper, salt, mayonese, mix it well.

  3. Then sprinkle carrot sliced over it and serve.
