Ingredients

  • Potato (cubed) 4-5
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Aniseeds (Saunf) 1/4 tsp
  • Whole red chili 4-5
  • Nigella seeds (Kalonji) 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan combine potato, cumin seeds, salt, nigella seeds, aniseeds, turmeric, whole red chili and 1 glass of water and boil.

  2. Mash potatoes a little bit.

  3. When ready, takeout in a bowl and serve with hot Puri.
