Soak cooked rice in buttermilk and mash well.
Then add finely chopped coriander, salt, chili powder and chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and asafoetida and mix well with gram flour to form a batter.
Heat a griddle and spread a little batter like a dosa.
Cook on both sides and serve hot with chutneys.
