Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli (julienne and deseeded) 10
  • Spring onion (julienne) 3
  • Rice noodles 1 packet
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak noodles in cold water for 5-8 minutes.

  2. Cut chicken into long strips.

  3. In chicken put vinegar, soya sauce, chinese salr, black pepper, sugar, corn flour mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a wok add chicken and stir fry.

  5. Add chilli and fry then also add spring onion.

  6. Add rice noodle mix well and serve hot.

  1. Hey, very nice recipe .. but I changed it a little bit .. I used 2 tbsp chinese salt .. and 2 table spoon soya sauce .. but I increased black pepper and used 1 table spoon instead of 1 tea spoon and also used 1 and a half table spoon chilli sause ... but put chilli sauce after you add noodles in the mixture. It tastes yummmm
