Soak noodles in cold water for 5-8 minutes.
Cut chicken into long strips.
In chicken put vinegar, soya sauce, chinese salr, black pepper, sugar, corn flour mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok add chicken and stir fry.
Add chilli and fry then also add spring onion.
Add rice noodle mix well and serve hot.

Hey, very nice recipe .. but I changed it a little bit .. I used 2 tbsp chinese salt .. and 2 table spoon soya sauce .. but I increased black pepper and used 1 table spoon instead of 1 tea spoon and also used 1 and a half table spoon chilli sause ... but put chilli sauce after you add noodles in the mixture. It tastes yummmm
