Jalebi

In a bowl add fine flour, color kaat, baking powder and yellow food color.

Now gradually add some warm water and mix to form batter. (Its consistency should not be too thick or too thin, a smooth flowing consistency is desired).

Mix it properly and set aside for half an hour.

Then in a skillet add sugar, water and 2 cardamoms, cook to prepare sugar syrup.

Heat oil in a wok.

Put prepared batter in a piping bag and start making coils of batter in hot oil.

Fry till slightly golden.

Then strain out the jalebi and soak in sugar syrup for 20 minutes.

Then garnished with silver leaves and pistachio.
