Wash and quarter the potatoes. Add salt and boil till tender.

Peel the potatoes, chop into tiny pieces and mix with the paste.
Beat the eggs and stir into mixture.
Shape the mixture into kababs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot ghee.
