Quick, easy and delicious snack and nibble for your family especially kids love this. Chicken on Toast is great to entertain as starter and snack in birthday or at tea time. If you are afraid to deep frying, make it in frying pan with a little oil.

  • Mince chicken ½ kg
  • Bread slices 8 – 10
  • Green chili 4 – 5
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Egg 1
  • Salad leaves 2 – 3
  • Tomato 1 – 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In a food processor chop together the mince chicken, green chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic, eggs and salt until a smooth paste is formed.

  2. Spread mince mixture onto each slice of bread and cut into medium sized pieces.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.

  4. Serve the toast with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
