Put salt, black pepper and 1 tsp soya sauce in chicken and set aside.
Heat oil in wok and fry noodles.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot, add 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste and fry till golden.
Add chicken and cook till colour changes.
Add tomato ketchup, brown sugar, crushed and powdered red chilies, ¼ tsp white pepper, salt and 3 tsp soya sauce and cook on low flame.
Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry remaining ginger, garlic till golden, add vegetables, ginger, ¼ tsp white pepper, salt, 4 tsp soya sauce, eggs and rice.
Mix thoroughly.
Layer a serving dish with rice, chicken and noodles, serve.
