  • Plain flour 100 gm
  • Egg 2 (beaten)
  • Potato 2 (boiled)
  • Spring onion 3 (finely chopped)
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Ridge guard 150 gm (grated)
  • Basil leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • For Salsa:
  • Tomato 2 (finely chopped)
  • Green chili 2 - 3
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Sieve the plain flour and add eggs and milk and make a thick paste.

  2. Now add ridge guard, potato, basil leaves, black pepper, salt and red chili. Mix well.

  3. Then heat oil in a frying pan and shape the plain flour mixture in fritters form and fry for a while.

  4. For Salsa: Mix tomatoes, green chili, chili garlic sauce, parsley and vinegar.

  5. Then serve salsa with potato fritters.
