Ingredients

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Papaya paste ½ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chili 4 – 5
  • Mustard oil 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add all ingredient into the bowl except green chili..

  2. Cook it in microwave for 10 minutes.

  3. After 10 minutes mix it well add a cup of water, then again cook it for 10 minutes in microwave.

  4. When it is cooked for 20 minutes , put green chili on top , mix it and then cook in microwave for 5 minutes.

  5. Masala chops are ready.
