Cut chicken into thin pieces.
Put chicken pieces, tangerine juice, cumin seeds powder, red chillies, vinegar, salt, and garlic in a bowl.
Mix well and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Put clarified butter and 1 tsp salt in refined flour and kneed into dough.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Make balls and fry flat breads from the kneaded dough.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add sliced tomatoes, sugar and salt.
Cook till tomatoes are tender and then take off flame.
Put the chicken mixture in a frying pan and cook till all the water has evaporated.
Spread tomato mixture over the flat breads, top it with chicken mixture and roll them.
Cut capsicum, de-seeded tomato and onion into thick slices.
Put them into bowl and add sliced coriander leaves and green chillies.
Mix well and keep aside.
Keep rolls on a baking tray and sprinkle both the grated cheeses on top in the form of a layer.
Put the baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 250 Degree C.
When the cheese melts and turns golden, take out of the oven.
Garnish with cut vegetables and serve hot.
