Cut the sides of bread slices.
Add cashew, raisin, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves and cumin powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add salt in the milk and soak bread slices in milk.
Then add these bread slices in prepared mixture, mix and form in shape of dumplings.
Heat oil in a skillet and add dumplings in oil and cook till golden.
Now take the dumplings out in a dish.
Add salt in yogurt, whip yogurt and pour over dumplings.
Garnish with chaat masala/spice and tamarind sauce.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
