Soak washed rice and then boil with salt, mint and whole hot spices as required until half cooked.
In a cooking pot, heat oil and sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
In half of the sautéed onion, add sliced tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
Then add mince meat and red chili flakes and mix together.
When meat is slightly dry, add prawns, juice of lemons, sliced green chilies, black pepper and stir fry.
When prawns are cooked, add salt.
Your biryani masala is ready.
Grease a cooking pot and make a layer of half of the rice and then make a layer of prepared biryani masala.
Top with a bunch of sliced mint, lemon juice and a pinch of yellow color dissolved in warm milk.
When pot is filled with steam, your Spicy Mix Meat Biryani is ready to serve.
