  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Potato 1 cup
  • Pienapple peices 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Egg (boiled and finely chopped) 1
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Gelatin powder 1 tsp
  • Apple (chopped) 1 cup
  • Cabbage 2 cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Walnuts as preferred
  • Salt 1/4th
  • Oil as required
  • Biscuit and salad leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan add gelatin and pineapple juice.

  2. Now dissolve further over heat.

  3. In a bowl add apple, carrot and potato.

  4. Add in black pepper, salt, mustard powder and cabbage.

  5. Also add honey, egg and mayonnaise.

  6. Then add geltin powder/pineapple juice mixture.

  7. Mix them together very well.

  8. Grease a cake mould with oil.

  9. Pour in the salad mixture.

  10. Chill in the refrigerator.

  11. Garnish with cucumber slices, biscuit and salad leaves.

  12. Note: Boil carrots for 6-8 minutes and add a pinch of sugar to avoid loss of colour.
