Shah Jehani Koftae

In a food processor chop together all the ingredients with the mince except for the chopped coriander, mint and green chilies

Now add the green chilies,coriander and mint leaves.

Shape the meat into medium sized koftas and shallow fry till they turn golden brown.

In a large pan fry the chopped onions till they turn golden brown.

Place them on an absorbent paper and crush them.

In a mixing bowl add yogurt along with the crushed onions, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, powdered cumin and all spice powder.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the yogurt mixture for 3 - 4 minutes.

Now add the fried koftas along with 1 cup water.

Cook for five minutes.

Add 1 packet of beaten fresh cream , cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with almonds, chopped coriander and green chilies.

The shah-jehani koftas are ready to serve.
