  • Fish Fillet 4
  • Ginger (grated) 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Cornflour 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Apply ginger, soya sauce and salt on fish fillet and leave it for an hour.

  2. Beat egg whites in a bowl.

  3. Cover the fish with cornflour and dip the pieces in egg whites.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry fillet until they turn golen brown.

  5. Tasty Chinese Fried Fish is ready.
