You can make these rolls in morning and fry them before iftar but flame should not be high otherwise crumbs will become so dark color and will not look good in appearance.

  • Chicken 1 cup (boneless, boiled)
  • Carrot ¼ cup (shredded)
  • Capsicum ¼ cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 (small chopped)
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin ¼ tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as needed
  • Roll patti as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In oil add onion, sauté it and add chicken then all vegetables, stir fry them .

  2. Add all spices and mix well. Now set aside.

  3. Make rolls and dip in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs, deep fry on medium flame.
