  • Coriander leaves(chopped) 200 g
  • Mint leaves(chopped) 100 g
  • Coconut(grated) 50 g
  • Ginger(grated) 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves(crushed) 2
  • Green chillies(chopped) 4-6
  • Cashew nuts(ground) 2 tbsp
  • Amchoor 1 tsp
  • Juice of lemon 1/2
  • Golden caster sugar 1-2 tsp
  • Yogurt(low fat) 150 ml
  • Salt
