Break chicken wings into halves, take out 1/2 cup refined flour in a plate.
Put remaining refined flour, egg, corn flour, baking powder, black pepper, salt, 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 cup water in a bowl to make a thick paste.
Coat chicken pieces one by one, first in the mixture then in refined flour.
Heat oil in a wok and fry wings for 15 minutes or till they turn golden.
To make honey sauce, fry garlic in 1/4 cup oil, till it turns golden.
Add honey, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup.
Cook till it comes to a boil.
Immerse chicken wings in honey sauce and serve.
