  • Fine flour 1 cup
  • Apples 3
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Caramel Sauce:
  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Sesame 2 tbsp
  • Water as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Take an apple, slice it into four pieces, remove the core and peel it.

  2. Cut each of the four pieces into further two pieces.

  3. Coat them with fine flour and place them on a plate.

  4. Then, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the flour coated apple pieces.

  5. When fried, take them out.

  6. For Caramel:

  7. Take a skillet and add water with sugar and cook it until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  8. When the mixture starts to become thick add the sesame, mix it and let it cook for 3 minutes.

  9. Then add the fried apple pieces, mix them and let them cook for a minute.

  10. Then dish out the apple pieces and serve.
