  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Boiled chickpea 150 gram
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Curd 250 gram
  • Tomato 4
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili as required
  • Oil as required
  • Fresh coriander as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Sauté onion in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, fenugreek seed and roast.

  2. Add chicken add stir fry till chicken changes its color.

  3. Add cardamom, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, whole spice powder, tomato and braise.

  4. Add some water so that the gravy does not stick to the pan.

  5. Add curd and braise.

  6. After 5 to 7 minutes, add chickpea and salt. Cover and let it cook.

  7. When chicken is ready, add green chili, coriander and takeout in a platter.

  8. Serve hot with naan / chapatti / rice and enjoy.
