Chop potatoes into thin slices.
Now in a skillet add mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric, fennel seeds and a cup of water, cook on a low flame.
When the potatoes are tender then add green chilies and coriander, mix it and take off the flame.
Then take another pan and add whole red Chilies, cumin, mustard seeds and nigella seeds and sauté.
In the end pour lemon juice and serve.
