Ingredients

Chicken 1 (cut into pieces)
Ginger garlic paste 1, 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Red hot sauce 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves a pinch

Mix all the seasoning ingredients well together.
Now marinate the chicken in this mixture for 3 hours or so.
Fry this chicken pieces till tender.
