  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Garlic 3 – 4
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Tomato 1 (deseeded)
  • Carrot 1
  • Parsley ¼ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Cloves 2
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Pine nut 50 gm
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Orange juice 1 glass
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 2 – 3 tbsp (roasted)

Cooking Directions

  1. In chopper put together chicken mince, onion, ginger and garlic, chopperize finely.

  2. Now add tomato, carrot and parsley. Chopperize again very well.

  3. Remove mixture in a bowl, add in salt and black pepper powder, mix well.

  4. Make small balls with the mince mixture, then deep fry the mince balls in hot oil till golden brown.

  5. In another wok heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil, add in oregano, cloves, bay leaf and pine nuts, fry for a while.

  6. Then add tomato paste soya sauce, salt and orange juice.

  7. Cook till it comes to a boil.

  8. Add fried mince balls and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes, lastly thicken sauce with roasted all purpose flour paste.

  9. Dish it out, serve hot.
