Cook the spaghetti in the water till soft, then drain off the excess water.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions.
Add the tomato puree, green chilli, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
Add the spaghetti to the above mixture. Toss well.
For the corn layer, heat the oil, fry the onions, add the green chilli and fry for a few minutes till they turn transparent.
Add the corn, tomatoes, cheese and butter.
Add the salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
Grease a baking dish. Spread the corn layer.
Top it with the spaghetti layer, then spread the cream and cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Serve hot.
